文中介绍了汽车发动机中冷器管路的特点,比较了硅橡胶与TEEE的性能特征。实验对比表明TEEE代替硅橡胶管应用于部分中冷器材料满足技术要求,开发应用轻质TEEE中冷器管路能够大幅度降低材料成本,具有显著的经济效益。
This paper introduces the characteristics of automobile engine intercooler pipelines and compares the performance characteristics of silicone rubber and TEEE. The experimental comparison shows that TEEE replaces the silicone rubber tube and applies to some intercooler materials to meet the technical requirements. The development and application of the light TEEE intercooler tube can greatly reduce the material cost and has significant economic benefits.
