人发中微量元素的含量,与人体健康密切相关,锌铜为人体必须的微量元素,机体内微量元素之间的相互作用极其复杂而又十分重要,本文用极普络合吸附波和溶出方法,对我院儿科的患儿测定其发中锌、铜的含量,并对结果进行分析、调查。1、检测对象:1·1 正常对照:为我院健康入托的儿童,其中男19人,女11人,年龄为2～5岁。1·2 患儿:为来我院检查的儿童,经医师查体、多为生长迟缓、矮小、厌食、食欲减低、贫血的患儿,其中男16人,女14人,年龄为2～5岁。2、方法:
