目的:观察习惯性流产患者接受主动免疫治疗后免疫反应性的变化。方法:采用改良的体外混合淋巴细胞培养(MLC) 模拟临床主动免疫治疗,刺激后的患者淋巴细胞的反应能力用ConA 检测。结果:经患者丈夫单核细胞刺激后的患者淋巴细胞对ConA 的反应能力显著下降,与未经刺激的细胞相比,P< 0001 。同时,患者夫妇的MLC上清对无关个体间的MLC 具有抑制作用,抑制率为367 % 。结论:表明同种异体细胞的刺激能诱导出免疫抑制,这一结果与临床习惯性流产患者主动免疫治疗的结果相一致。
Objective: To observe the changes of immunoreactivity in active abortion patients after habitual abortion. Methods: Modified active in vitro mixed lymphocyte culture (MLC) was used to simulate clinical active immunotherapy. The responsiveness of lymphocytes after stimulation was detected by ConA. Results: The responsiveness of lymphocytes to Con A in patients with monocytes stimulated by their husbands was significantly lower than that of non-stimulated cells (P <0001). At the same time, the MLC supernatant of patients and couples had an inhibitory effect on MLC of unrelated individuals with the inhibition rate of 36.7%. CONCLUSIONS: This indicates that allogeneic cell stimulation induced immunosuppression, a finding consistent with the results of active immunotherapy in patients with habitual abortion.
