实验选用三个品系果蝇(即修复增强株yw和修复缺陷株(mei41D_5与mus302D~1)的成熟卵母细胞(A类)和未成熟卵母细胞(B类),观察其早期和晚期显性死亡.每一指标重复4~7次(大多数6次),修复缺陷株检测1500~2000个卵,修复增强株检测700~2500个卵.结果:(1)yw株正常胚胎死亡较低,其两类卵的早期死亡均高于晚期死亡.当A类卵细胞预先照射0.02Gy后不同时间再照射2Gy时,显性致死发生率明显降低,并持续至照射后24h,显性致死减少以晚期死亡减少更明显;B类卵细胞对显性致
