目的:探讨藏药川西獐牙菜的醇提物对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的影响,进一步评价其降酶、保肝护肝的作用。方法:采用尾静脉注射卡介苗(BCG)和脂多糖(LPS)复制免疫性肝损伤模型,测定血清ALT、AST活性,计算肝脏、脾脏、胸腺质量指数。结果:川西獐牙菜的高、中、低剂量给药组连用10d可显著抑制免疫性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT、AST活性,并能有效防止BCG+LPS对小鼠各脏器的免疫性肝损伤。结论:川西獐牙菜预防性给药能减轻免疫性肝损伤对小鼠肝脏的破坏,保护肝功能。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of ethanol extract from Tibetan medicine Swertia sinensis on immunity-induced liver injury in mice and to further evaluate its effect on reducing the level of enzymes and protecting the liver and protecting the liver. Methods: The models of immunological liver injury were induced by injecting BCG and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) via the caudal vein. The activities of ALT and AST in serum were measured and the indexes of liver, spleen and thymus were calculated. Results: The combination of high, medium and low doses of Swertia chinensis could significantly inhibit the serum ALT and AST activity of mice with immunological liver injury 10 d after treated with BCG + LPS for 10 days, damage. Conclusion: Preferential administration of swertia chinensis can reduce the destruction of liver in mice by immunological liver injury and protect liver function.
