众所周知,早在20世纪80年代中期,以特许经营方式风靡世界的“肯德基”、“麦当劳”相继在中国落户,他们在给中国带来“快餐”新概念的同时,也带来了“连锁经营”的新理念。尽管他们当时主要以合资或独资的方式开展业务,还没有出售特许经营权,但在对他们的研究和介绍中,特许经营的概念已开始被国内人士所知晓。进入21世纪,中国商业出现了超常规发展的良好势头,连锁经营在国内获得迅猛发展,经营领域已从超市、便利店向专业店、专实店、百货店、快餐等多种业态渗透,发展区域也从本地市场转向全国市场和国际市场,国际上著名的连锁集团也纷纷抢滩国内大中城市。加盟连锁作为商业经营发展的一个新趋势,其魅力正逐渐为国人所认识。加盟连锁尤其适合于拥有强烈创业意愿的投资者。
