针对目前产品族规划存在的问题,以质量功能配置中质量屋关系矩阵为研究对象,采用模糊聚类方法得到不同阈值产品族组成模块的动态聚类,运用F-数理统计法计算各阈值优劣排序,并构造了反映产品技术特征属性的阈值优劣排序模块接近度算法。将F-统计结果与模块接近度结合,构造了产品族合适度的计算公式。该合适度确定的最优产品族组成模块既反映了数据的统计规律,又反映了产品的技术特征。用实例说明了算法的有效性。
Aiming at the existing problems in product family planning, taking the mass-estate relationship matrix in quality function allocation as the research object, the fuzzy clustering method is used to get the dynamic clustering of the modules of different threshold product family components. The F- Sorting, and constructed the threshold merits ranking module proximity algorithm which reflects the technical characteristics of products. Combining the F-statistic results with the module proximity, the appropriate formula of product family composition is constructed. The optimal product family component module which determines the appropriateness not only reflects the statistical law of the data, but also reflects the technical characteristics of the product. An example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.
