利用建筑用砂、EPS、水泥及水,在标准成型工艺及标准养护条件下制备出建筑用砂混合轻量土。运用正交试验方法,通过测试建筑用砂混合轻量土无侧限抗压强度和湿密度,对试验数据进行分析。结果表明:EPS掺量对轻量土的密度影响最大;水泥掺量对轻量土的无侧限抗压强度影响最大;用水量对无侧限抗压强度和密度的影响均较小。通过正交试验对轻量土物理力学指标的主要影响因素进行分析是可行的。
Building sand, EPS, cement and water are used to prepare architectural mixed sand and light soil under standard molding and standard curing conditions. By using orthogonal test method, the test data were analyzed by testing unconfined compressive strength and wet density of lightweight sand mixed with sand for construction. The results show that EPS content has the greatest influence on the density of lightweight soil; cement content has the greatest influence on the unconfined compressive strength of lightweight soil; and the influence of water content on the unconfined compressive strength and density is small. Through orthogonal test, it is feasible to analyze the main influencing factors of physical and mechanical indexes of light soil.
