立足于辽宁省新宾满族自治县水土保持生态修复的实践进行模式化设计,在该模式中,主要分为坡面、沟道、河流水源的修复工程及相关配套生态工程四部分,并以封山育林、退耕还林还草、林草护坡等生物措施为主,谷坊、梯田等小型水土保持工程措施为辅分别提出了详细的配置方案,同时结合地区优势配置了四位一体的农村能源和舍饲圈养、林蛙养殖等生态工程措施。可行性分析表明,该模式以封山育林为导向,以水土保持生物措施为主要内容,以建立生态经济复合系统为根本的设计原则是非常可行的。
