幼儿园英语教师准入条件是衡量幼儿园英语教师文化水平和素质的尺子,而目前我国幼儿园英语教师整体素质不高,缺乏一个统一规范的评价模式和参考标准。因此,本文根据目前情况,就幼儿园英语教师准入条件进行了初步探讨,旨在提高幼儿园英语教师素质,更快的促进幼儿园教师队伍的建设。
Kindergarten English teachers access conditions is a measure of kindergarten English teachers’ cultural level and quality of the ruler, and now the overall quality of our kindergarten English teachers is not high, the lack of a unified norms of evaluation models and reference standards. Therefore, this article based on the current situation, on kindergarten English teachers access conditions were discussed in order to improve the quality of kindergarten English teachers, kindergarten teachers to promote faster team building.
