学生与学生之间的发展差异是课堂教学必须关注的,其决定着课堂教学的效能,而小组合作探究学习正好能弥补学生之间的这种差异。在采用小组合作学习作为课堂教学的基本组织形式时,我们要从组员的建构、活动的设计、评价的改革三个方面入手,细致分析每个方面的策略,从而提升小组合作学习效能。
The difference between students and students in the development of classroom teaching must be paid attention to, which determines the effectiveness of classroom teaching, and group cooperative inquiry learning can make up for this difference between students. When adopting group cooperative learning as the basic organizational form of classroom teaching, we must start from the three aspects of the construction of team members, the design of activities, and the reform of evaluation, and carefully analyze the strategies in each aspect so as to enhance the effectiveness of the group’s cooperative learning.
