本文报道了20名少年游泳运动员安静时超声心动图检测结果,发现少年游泳运动员的左室舒末内径、左室心肌厚度、右室流出道及左室每搏量均显著大于同性别同年龄对照组;左室单位心肌射血量低于对照组,并对其机理作了初步讨论。进一步分析发现左室每搏量与运动成绩关系较密切。认为超声心动图不仅可作为运动医务监督的一项有效手段,而且对游泳运动员选材可能有参考价值。
In this paper, the results of echocardiography of 20 juvenile swimmers at rest were reported. It was found that the juvenile swimmers’ left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular myocardial thickness, right ventricular outflow tract and left ventricular stroke volume were significantly higher than those of the same sex and age Group; left ventricular myocardial ejection fraction was lower than the control group, and its mechanism was initially discussed. Further analysis found that left ventricular stroke volume and sports performance is more closely related. That echocardiography can not only be used as an effective means of medical supervision of sports, but also for the selection of swimmers may have reference value.
