Mining, smelting, chemical, electroplating and other industrial “three wastes”, often contain cadmium, lead, copper, zinc and other heavy metals, they can accumulate in the body and the human body, causing chronic poisoning. In assessing the quality of the environment, these metals must be effectively tested for water, soil and crop contamination. Due to the limitations of chemical colorimetry, since 1976, we have explored oscillopolarographic methods. The method selected ammonium chloride - ammonium hydroxide as the bottom liquid to sodium sulfite oxygen, animal glue greatly inhibited, you can get a good waveform of cadmium, copper, zinc, and in the same end of the liquid continuous determination. On the conventional JP-1 oscilloscope, the limit cadmium was detected at 0.2 μg / ml and copper and zinc at 0.2-0.4 μg / ml.
