测定了小麦品种RL4 137不同吸水时间除胚半切种子内的α 淀粉酶活性以及同功酶分析。结果表明 ,这些酶可能与曾经报道过的发育中的种皮内不存在GA3 刺激下诱导的α AMY2相同。但具有热不稳定性。
The α-amylase activity in half-cut embryos of different wheat varieties RL4 137 at different water-holding times was determined and isoenzyme analysis was carried out. The results indicate that these enzymes may be identical to the α AMY2 induced in the absence of GA3 stimulation in the developing seed coat that was previously reported. But with thermal instability.
