固定资产管理作为医院管理的重要组成部分,是医院业务活动的物质基础,也是财务管理的重要环节。如何加强固定资产管理,科学提高固定资产的使用效率,是医院整体效益和长远发展的关键,是当前医院管理面临的一个重要课题。本文分析了我国医院固定资产管理中存在的问题,从固定资产购置、固定资产管理日常管理控制及固定资产清点、报废、处置入手,提出了几项具体措施,又从建立完善固定资产监督机制来明确各级管理人员责、权、利关系,促进医院固定资产管理的标准化、规范化,使医院取得良好的社会效益和经济效益,促进医院管理工作可持续、健康发展。
