青霉素耐药性菌株的不断增多使这种传统抗菌素的应用日益受到限制,克服病菌的耐药性问题已成为世界性的难题.本文论述应用分光光度法测定了大蒜、石芽茶等15种中草药的提取液对耐青霉素细菌所产生的β-内酰胺酶的抑制作用.结果表明;石芽茶、大蒜、谷精籽、黄柏的提取液对β-内酰胺酶有不同程度的抑制效果.该结果为我国传统中草药的深度开发应用探索了一条新的途径,
The increasing number of penicillin-resistant strains makes the application of this traditional antibiotic increasingly limited. Overcoming the problem of resistance to bacteria has become a worldwide problem. This article discusses the application of spectrophotometric determination of the extracts of 15 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines such as garlic, Shiyin tea against the inhibition of β-lactamase produced by penicillin-resistant bacteria. The results showed that the extracts of Shiya tea, garlic, grain seed, and Phellodendron chinense had different degrees of inhibitory effect on β-lactamase. This result has explored a new approach for the deep development and application of traditional Chinese herbal medicine in China.
