数据挖掘的技术通过直接从数据库的大量数据中寻找这些数据隐藏的相同的规律来找到造成网络故障原因的特殊关系性,继而形成一套比较完整的网络故障检测系统,使得网络检测的工作变得非常简便。本文通过对当前网络故障检测的技术的分析,结合数据挖掘的特性,提出了一种基于GA-CLARANS数据挖掘技术的移动通信网络故障检测专家系统。该系统是利用遗传算法的并行性的这一特点对常规的CLARANS算法进行改进,解决了常规算法聚类效率低下,效果差以及耗时大等方面的不足,其整个系统有着自身的优越性。
The technology of data mining can find the special relationship which causes the network failure by searching for the same laws hidden in these data directly from the large amount of data in the database and then form a complete set of network fault detection system to make the network detection work become Very easy. Based on the analysis of current network fault detection technology and the characteristics of data mining, this paper proposes a fault detection expert system for mobile communication network based on GA-CLARANS data mining technology. The system utilizes the parallelism of genetic algorithm to improve the conventional CLARANS algorithm and solves the shortcomings of conventional algorithms, such as inefficient clustering, inefficient and time-consuming clustering. The whole system has its own advantages.
