目的 探讨重组人生长激素(rhGH)对正畸诱导的炎症性牙根吸收的影响.方法 50 g力近中移动7周龄Wistar大鼠上颌右侧第一磨牙,生长激素(GH)组和对照组分别皮下注射rhGH(2mg/kg·d)和等量生理盐水.在加力第7、14天从两组中各取10只大鼠断头处死,取带磨牙的上颌骨分别进行MicrcCT扫描和TRAP染色,观察牙根吸收的情况和压力侧牙根表面多核破牙骨细胞.结果 加力第7天和第14天,GH组牙根吸收指数和破牙骨质细胞均明显少于对照组.结论 rhGH可能通过减少破牙骨质细胞抑制正畸诱导的牙根吸收.“,”Objective To explore the effects of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH)on root resorption induced by heavy orthodontic force.Methods Forty Wistar rats (7w) were randomly divided into control and Growth hormone (GH) groups.A force of 50 g was applied to move the right upper first molars mesially.The GH and control groups received daily subcutaneous injections of rhGH (2 mg/kg) and equivalent volumes of saline,respectively.The rats were sacrificed on days 7 and 14.Micro-computed tomography-reconstructed images were used to survey root resorption,and Horizontal sections of the maxillae were prepared for tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase staining to show odontoclasts.Results Both the indexes of root resorption and the number of odontoclasts were lower in the GH-treated groups than in the control groups on days 7 and 14.Conclusions rhGH might inhibit root resorption during orthodontic treatment by reducing odontoclasts.
