随着经济体制改革的深入,聘用制日益普遍,各行各业的工作人员都面临新的一年能否继续聘用的问题。述职报告不但成为每年的“必修课”,而且关系自己下年聘用的“命运”,因而,提高述职报告的质量很重要。然而,述职报告是近年随着公务员制度的建立和推行后才提上议事日程,很多人对述职报告还相当陌生,更不知道怎样写、怎样写好述职报告。为此,我们曾多次向区内有关权威人士约稿,均表示对述职报告“外行”,难以动笔。于是,经人引线搭桥,向全国公务员考核工作的权威机构约稿。国家人事部考核培训司王志明同志为本刊撰写了《怎样写好述职报告》一文,对述职报告的作用、内容、文体结构等作了言简意赅的阐述,很有启发。现将此文刊登如下,以飨读者。

For this reason, we have repeatedly asked the relevant authorities in the area about their appointments and expressed the opinion that it is hard to formulate a “layman” on their job descriptions.
