1.在棉花盛花期用5mM2,3—环氧丙酸溶液喷洒整株棉叶,对照则用等容量清水喷洒,然后定时从喷药与对照株上取第四片功能叶作乙醇酸定量分析,并观察气孔开度,测量净同率。结果表明5mM2,3—环氧丙酸溶液对棉叶乙醇酸合成的抑制效率最高可达20.7%。抑制效率依喷药后时间延长而下降,到第6天,其抑制率趋近于零。对气孔丌度与净同化的影响率则不显著。2.要棉花盛花期,按上述方法每隔5天喷药一次,共喷5次,考察喷药对棉铃生长发育,幼铃脱落,铃重,籽棉重,衣分值的影响,发现其影响也不显著。
