本文报道了放射性核素心室造影的左心室节段相位分析方法,在前位、左前斜位38°、左前斜位70°的振幅图上,将左心室划分为6个节段感兴趣区(ROI),分别测定各节段的相位标准差(S-SDP)、节段平均相位角与左心室起始相位角之差(S-PH)。观察64例心肌梗塞患者,表明节段相位分析方法对心肌梗塞节段定位与核素心肌断层显象及冠状动脉造影具有较高的符合率,灵敏度、特异性和准确性分别为74%~94%,86%~93%,82%~92%。
This paper reports the method of phase analysis of left ventricular segment by radionuclide ventriculography, and divides the left ventricle into six segments of interest region on an amplitude map of anterior, left anterior oblique 38 ° and anterior left oblique 70 ° ROI) were used to measure the S-SDP, S-PH, and the initial phase angle of the left ventricle. 64 patients with myocardial infarction were observed, indicating that the segmental phase analysis method for myocardial infarction segment localization and radionuclide myocardial imaging and coronary angiography have a high coincidence rate, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 74% to 94 %, 86% ~ 93%, 82% ~ 92%.
