为研究上充泵变工况运行瞬态流动特性,在完成三维造型及网格划分的基础上,采用CFX软件,分别对上充泵由上充工况到最高效率工况以及由上充工况到小流量工况的2种变工况瞬变过渡过程进行数值计算,得到上充泵内部流动瞬态压力及速度的变化规律.结果表明:在两种变工况运行中,各级叶轮流道内压力波动均为正弦曲线,且初始阶段幅值较大,结束时趋于稳定;压力波动在由上充泵进口到出口传递过程中,其变化幅值衰减趋势明显,在出口处趋于稳定;在向最高效率工况过渡过程中,各级叶轮流道内的压力值都有不同程度的下降趋势,且越靠近上充泵吸入室下降的斜率越大,而向小流量工况过渡过程则相反.
