黄原醋棉(Cotton Cellulose Xanthato,简称 CCX)。是一种高效率的离子交换纤维,鉴于其吸附速度快,易于解脱,制作简便的特点,在分离与富集元素方面得到广泛应用。但以往文献上所报道的分析方法往往吸附装置过于简单交换柱工作流速大低且富集效果欠佳,解脱时的强酸加热消热方法又使操作繁琐,误差增大。本文对富集吸附装置予以改进,获得了较高的工作流速和较佳的吸附效果,同时把强酸消解的解脱方法改为洗脱液洗脱,进一步提高了工作效率和测定的准确性。本文选择双环已酮乙酰二胺为显色剂,以硫脲和硝酸的水溶液为洗脱液并对环境水样进行了实际测定,获得较满意的结果。
Huangyuan vinegar cotton (Cotton Cellulose Xanthato, referred to as CCX). Is a kind of high efficiency ion exchange fiber, which is widely used in the separation and enrichment of elements because of its fast adsorption speed, ease of release and simple manufacture. However, the analysis methods reported in the literature often adsorb the device is too simple exchange column working flow rate is low and the effect of enrichment is poor, the release of the strong acid heating and heating method makes the operation cumbersome and error increases. In this paper, the enrichment of adsorption device to be improved, access to a higher working flow rate and better adsorption, while the strong acid digestion liberation method was changed to eluate, to further improve the work efficiency and accuracy of the determination. In this paper, bicyclohexanone acetyldiamine was chosen as chromogenic reagent. The aqueous solution of thiourea and nitric acid was used as eluent and the environmental water samples were measured. The satisfactory results were obtained.
