FRP—钢复合管混凝土结构充分利用了FRP和钢管两种材料各自的优势,使双重约束下的混凝土具有优良的力学性能。结合实际工程,提出了新型FRP—钢复合管混凝土桥墩结构,推导了FRP—钢复合管混凝土桥墩承载力简化计算公式,并对计算公式进行了验证,结果表明公式计算值与试验值吻合尚可,对FRP—钢复合管混凝土桥墩的具体方案及构造进行了设计,给出了其施工技术要点和关键工艺,为FRP—钢复合管混凝土桥墩的推广应用提供一定的指导意义。
FRP-steel composite pipe concrete structure takes full advantage of the advantages of both FRP and steel pipe materials so that the concrete under dual constraints has excellent mechanical properties. Based on the actual project, a new type of FRP-steel composite tube concrete piers was proposed, and the simplified calculation formula for the bearing capacity of FRP-CFST concrete piers was deduced. The calculation formula was also validated. The calculated results agree well with the experimental values , The concrete plan and construction of FRP-steel composite concrete-filled concrete piers are designed, the key construction techniques and key technology are given, which will provide some guidance for the popularization and application of FRP-steel concrete composite piers.
