目的:研究分析西红花的真伪鉴别以及西红花苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ的含量测定。方法:通过传统的鉴定方法对西红花的性状、显微、TLC进行鉴定,鉴定过程中需要结合GC气相色谱法辨别西红花的真伪,西红花的主要成分采用反相高效液相色谱法进行测定。结果:结果看出在性状产生的差异较大,显微镜观察差异也较大,通过气相色谱和西红花苷含量的测量中显示西红花苷Ⅱ保留的时间在8.8min左右,西红花苷Ⅰ的保留时间在5.5min。结论:通过传统的鉴定方法能区分西红花及类似的品种,通过气相色谱法能有效的分辨真伪西红花,还能对西红花苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ的含量进行测定。
Objective: To analyze the authenticity of crocus sativus and to determine the content of crocin Ⅰ, Ⅱ. Methods: The traditional identification method was used to identify the characters, microscopical and TLC of saffron. The identification of saffron by GC gas chromatography was required in the identification process. The main components of saffron were identified by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography Chromatography. Results: The results showed that there was a big difference in traits, and the differences in microscopic observation were also large. The measurement of gas chromatogram and crocin content showed that the retention time of crocin II was about 8.8 minutes. Caryolrin I retention time in 5.5min. CONCLUSION: Saffron and similar cultivars can be distinguished by traditional methods of identification, and the true and false saffrones can be distinguished by gas chromatography. The contents of crocin Ⅰ and Ⅱ can also be determined.
