通过电泳沉积的方法在AAO模板微孔中制备出了高度有序的SnO2/Fe2O3复合纳米线阵列,并用SEM,TEM,EDX,XRD及XPS对其形貌和化学组成进行了表征.结果显示所得SnO2/Fe2O3复合纳米线的直径约为180nm,长度达几十微米,由高度结晶的六方结构的α-Fe2O3和四方结构的SnO2构成.
The highly ordered SnO2 / Fe2O3 composite nanowire arrays were prepared in the micropore of AAO template by electrophoretic deposition, and their morphology and chemical composition were characterized by SEM, TEM, EDX, XRD and XPS.The results showed that The diameter of the SnO2 / Fe2O3 composite nanowire is about 180nm and the length is several tens of micrometers. The SnO2 / Fe2O3 composite nanowire consists of highly crystalline hexagonal α-Fe2O3 and tetragonal SnO2.
