以山药为研究对象,以山药中总皂苷的提取率为评价指标。研究乙醇体积分数、液料比、超声时间、超声功率四个因素,对山药中总皂苷提取率的影响,在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面法建立了山药中总皂苷提取方法的二次多项数学模型,以总皂苷提取率为响应值,得到山药总皂苷提取工艺的最优组合:乙醇体积分数60%,超声时间31.28 min,液料比33∶1,超声功率308.57 W,在此条件下总皂苷的提取率为0.2159%。响应面中心组合法为优化提取山药总皂苷提供一定理论指导。
Taking yam as the research object, the extraction rate of total saponins in yam was taken as the evaluation index.
