目的:分析品管圈在减少静脉药物配置过程差错中的应用效果。方法:于我院静脉药物配置过程中实施品管圈活动,分析药物配置期间出现差错的原因、类型,以总结预防对策,并落实到底。然后比对品管圈活动实施前、实施后的差错率,探究改进措施。结果:静脉药物配置过程中较为常见的差错类型为:药物发放总量、批次分数等。临床品管圈活动实施后,静脉药物配置差错明显降低,和实施前相比,P<0.05,有区别。结论:于静脉药物配置过程中实施品管圈活动作用显著,可降低配置差错发生率,提高用药安全性,值得学习。
Objective: To analyze the application effect of quality control loop in reducing errors in the process of intravenous drug allocation. Methods: Quality control circle activities were implemented in the process of intravenous drug allocation in our hospital. The causes and types of errors during the drug allocation were analyzed to sum up the preventive measures and implement them in the end. Then compare the quality control before the implementation of activities, the implementation of the error rate, to explore improvements. Results: The most common types of errors in the process of intravenous drug allocation were: the total number of drug dispensing, the batch fraction and so on. After the implementation of clinical quality control circle activities, the discrepancy of intravenous drug configuration was significantly reduced, compared with before implementation, P <0.05, there are differences. Conclusion: In the process of intravenous drug deployment, the quality control circle activity plays a significant role, which can reduce the incidence of configuration errors and improve the safety of medication. It is worth learning.
