目的通过与福建省的微红纤恙螨标本对比,了解云南省微红纤恙螨形态学变异情况。方法从云南省黄胸鼠体表采集的微红纤恙螨中,随机抽取结构完整、伸展度好和轮廓清晰的100只标本作为研究样本,在显微镜下观察和测量其背板、背板附属结构和其他身体结构,计算其数值范围、均数和标准差,并将测量数据与福建省的微红纤恙螨标本数据进行对比分析。结果在背板及背板附属结构的测量数据中,云南微红纤恙螨的SD(38~45μm)、SB(22.50~30μm)、AP(27.50~32.50μm)、ASB(26.50~31.50μm)、PSB(11.50~14.50μm)、AW(52.50~72.50μm)、AL(30~57.5μm)、AM(37.50~63.50μm)、S(45~76.50μm)值范围比福建微红纤恙螨宽,其均值(AP除外)均大于福建微红纤恙螨(P<0.05)。云南微红纤恙螨虫体的长和宽、腹毛数量、3对足的长度测量值范围也较福建微红纤恙螨宽。结论云南省微红纤恙螨形态与福建微红纤恙螨比较有一定差异,可能存在地理种群的分化。
Objective To understand the morphological variation of Chigger mite in Yunnan Province by comparing it with the specimens of chigger mites in Fujian Province. Methods 100 samples with complete structure, good extensibility and clear outline were randomly selected from the specimens of Rattus flavipectus collected from the body surface of Yunnan yellow rat. The samples were observed and measured under the microscope. Structure and other body structures, calculate the numerical range, mean and standard deviation, and compare the measured data with the data of the specimens of chigger mites in Fujian Province. Results The data of SD (38 ~ 45μm), SB (22.50 ~ 30μm), AP (27.50 ~ 32.50μm), ASB (26.50 ~ 31.50μm) , PS (11.50-14.50μm), AW (52.50-72.50μm), AL (30-57.5μm), AM (37.50-63.50μm), S (45-76.50μm) , The average value (AP except) were greater than Fujian reddish fiber chigger mites (P <0.05). The length and width of Yunnan red tilapia mites body, the number of ventral hair, 3 pairs of foot length measurement range is also wider than Fujian reddish fiber mite. Conclusions The morphology of the red mite Chigger mites in Yunnan Province is quite different from that of Fujian red mink Chiggers mites, and there may be differentiation of geographical populations.
