目的探讨病案信息资源利用的新模式。方法对医院2005年～2007年病案信息利用情况进行统计分析。结果病案信息在医疗、教学、科研、医院管理、统计等用途越来越广泛,而且已延伸到法律、医疗保险等诸多方面。结论病案资源的利用决定于病案信息来源和管理,从病案的形成者和使用者两方面探讨病案信息资源利用的新模式,是目前病案管理工作的新课题。
Objective To explore a new mode of utilization of medical record information resources. Methods The statistical analysis was made on the utilization of medical records from 2005 to 2007 in the hospital. Results Medical record information in the medical, teaching, scientific research, hospital management, statistics and other purposes more and more widely, and has extended to the law, health insurance and many other aspects. Conclusion The utilization of medical record resources is determined by the origin and management of medical record information. It is a new issue of medical record management that the new model of medical record information resources utilization is discussed from both the creators and users of medical records.
