目的 建立大鼠的衰老模型 ,研究衰老形成的机理。方法 2 0只 SD大鼠随机分成 2组 ,第 1组腹腔注射 D-半乳糖 60 mg/kg,第 2组腹腔注射生理盐水 ,每日 1次。42 d后用 Y迷宫测定大鼠学习和记忆功能。然后迅速处死大鼠 ,取海马测定单胺类神经递质代谢产物水平。结果 半乳糖化 SD大鼠海马内 3-甲氨基 - 4 -羟基苯乙二醇 (MHPG) ,5-羟基吲哚乙酸 (5- HIAA)水平显著降低 ,高香草酸(HVA)水平无明显改变。结论 部分单胺类神经递质参与 D-半乳糖致衰老作用。
Objective To establish a rat model of aging and study the mechanism of aging. Methods Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group 1 received intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose 60 mg / kg. Group 2 received intraperitoneal injection of saline once daily. After 42 days, the learning and memory function of rats was determined by Y maze. Rats were then sacrificed immediately and the monoamine neurotransmitter metabolites were measured in the hippocampus. Results The level of 3 - methylamino - 4 - hydroxyphenylglycol (MHPG) and 5 - hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5 - HIAA) in the hippocampus of galactosylated SD rats were significantly decreased, while the HVA levels did not change significantly . Conclusion Some monoamine neurotransmitters participate in the senescence induced by D-galactose.
