营养专家一直推荐我们吃新鲜、天然的食物,但很多人对新鲜、天然的认识有偏颇,于是乎各种形式的果汁饮料成了家长们趋之若鹜的目标。美国小儿科学会警告说,即使饮料中的砷含量不超标,孩子们喝了很多果汁也更容易出现腹泻、龋齿、营养不良和肥胖。专家说,果汁饮料中真正的元凶是糖,它会损害孩子的健康。
Nutrition experts have always recommended us to eat fresh, natural food, but many people have a biased understanding of freshness and naturalness. As a result, various forms of fruit juice drinks have become the target of parents. The American Academy of Pediatrics warned that children drink too much juice and are more prone to diarrhea, dental caries, malnutrition and obesity even if the arsenic content of the drink does not exceed the standard. Experts say the real culprit in fruit juice drinks is sugar, which can damage the child’s health.
