泄洪闸门是防洪泄洪的执行部件,汛期闸门启动次数频繁,其可靠性直接关系到大坝、厂房及下游河道的安全。原系统采用人工方式启闭,存在启闭高度难以控制、放水量无法计算、控制不及时等缺陷。为了确保闸门控制的可靠性和安全性,改造后的系统采用了分层分布式系统结构,由主控级、现地控制单元级和现地动力箱3个部分组成高可靠性的控制网络,并在控制方面增加了若干闭锁条件、优先级判断及闸门泄流量的自动统计等功能。
