扶贫开发初见成效我省现有20个国家和10个省扶贫开发工作重点县,另在16个县中确定了65 个扶贫工作重点乡镇。预计今年全省可减少绝对贫困人口20万人、低收入人口35 万人。其中20个国家重点县预计可以减少绝对贫困人口14．5万人、低收入人口28万人。主要体现在: 一是贫困农民收入进一步提高。上半年,20个国家扶贫开发工作重点县农民人均现金收入890元,比去年同期增加 122元,增长16％,农民人均家庭经营收入405元,比去年同期增加76元,增长23 ％,比全省增幅高9个百分点,增幅首次超过全省水平。预计20个国家重点县今年农民人均纯收入增长在10％以上。
