为了避免机组发生共振,以某一混流式转轮叶片为对象,提出叶片在空气和在工作流道中的动态特性方程,采用有限元方法建立叶片在空气中和工作流道中的频率计算模型和方法,得出了流体对叶片固有频率的影响系数。结果表明:叶片在空气中和在水介质中振型基本相似,但随叶片结构及振动形式的改变,叶片固有频率发生变化。该方法对于流体激振力的研究和叶片的疲劳设计校核具有一定的参考意义。
In order to avoid the resonance of the generating unit, a dynamic equation of the blades in the air and in the working channel is proposed for a Francis rotor blade. The finite element method is used to establish the frequency calculation model and method of the blade in the air and the working channel , Got the influence coefficient of the fluid on the natural frequency of the blade. The results show that the leaf shape is basically similar in air and in water, but the leaf natural frequency changes with the change of leaf structure and vibration.
