The property market is a product of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, which is designed and promoted by local governments and relevant departments to meet the requirements of regulating the circulation of state-owned assets and the operation of public power of the government. Shaanxi regional property market has gone through nearly 20 years of development and has played an increasingly important role in the market-oriented allocation of economic resources throughout the province.
