导致我国食品安全问题频发的原因是多方面的,包括生产经营者过分追求利益忽视质量、我国食品安全监管体制存在漏洞以及消费者自身的原因等。归根结底,食品安全问题的本质是利益的冲突。为解决这一问题,本文在此提出建立“从农田到餐桌”一体化全程监控制度、食品安全信息交流平台制度以及完善食品安全事故发生的索赔机制和善后安抚制度三个设想。
The causes of the frequent food safety problems in our country are many, including the excessive pursuit of profit-ignoring quality by producers and traders, the loopholes in China’s food safety regulatory system and the consumers’ own reasons. After all, the essence of the food safety problem is the conflict of interests. In order to solve this problem, this paper puts forward three hypotheses of setting up the integrated monitoring system from farmland to dining table, the information exchange platform of food safety, the compensation mechanism of perfecting the food safety accident and the consummation and reassurance system.
