观察开角型青光眼和高眼压症患者11例共22只眼点用2％美开朗的临床效果。特点用1滴药后、每天2次每次1滴连续点用1周和4周后的眼压与点药前的眼压进行比较，结果表明2％美开朗具有较明显的降眼压作用且局部副作用轻微。
