在航空、汽轮发电、柴油机等制造行业中,涡轮盘均采用枞树形的榫槽与相应的涡轮叶片的榫头联接。涡轮盘榫槽的拉刀生产往往是关键。由于拉刀的设计与工艺的考虑,前后角的标注不在一个截面上(图1),也就是说相当于刀齿前面相对于机床基准座标平面有两个方向的倾斜,这给刃磨后角时成型砂轮的修正计算带来一定的困难,在计算时,必须先求出两个方向的倾斜角度,然后按两个方向倾斜的影响予以总体计算解决。
