目的了解噪声对作业工人的危害,并提出有关改善措施。方法听力测定使用AC33型双道电测听仪,在本底<30 dB隔音室内进行。结果生产环境噪声超标率100%;一般健康检查结果显示,耳鸣接噪组与对照组比较性差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);电测听结果显示:受检工人中,听力损伤、噪声性耳聋与对照组比较性差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);听力损伤与工龄(除20年工龄组外)组均差异有统计学意义。结论火力发电行业噪声危害中,主要是人体听觉系统的危害。
Objective To understand the hazards of noise to workers and to propose relevant improvement measures. Methods The audiometry was performed using an AC33 dual channel anechoic instrument in a <30 dB soundproof room at the end of the day. Results The rate of noise exceeding the standard in production environment was 100%. The results of general health examination showed that there was significant difference between the tinnitus receiving noise group and the control group (P <0.01). The results of electrical audiometry showed that the noise, There was significant difference between sex deafness and control group (P <0.01). There was significant difference between hearing loss and length of service (except 20 years old group). Conclusion The noise hazards in the thermal power industry are mainly the hazards of the human auditory system.
