本文采用镉还原柱层析和比色法测定了20例新生儿败血症患儿外周血亚硝酸/硝酸根离子(NO2-/NO3-)水平,结果新生儿败血症患儿的外周血NO2-/NO3-水平(263.04±300.01μmol/L)显著高于对照组(34.97±13.41μmol/L)(P<0.05),而且NO2-/NO3-水平与C反应蛋白(CRP)水平和评价病情严重程度的儿科死亡风险(PRISM)评分均显著相关(P<0.05),认为一氧化氮(NO)与新生儿败血症中的变化及其病情严重程度有关。
