应用大鼠肾小管上皮抗原(Tub-Ag)的抗血清制做大鼠被动型Heymnn肾炎(PHN)动物模型,并选用钙通道阻滞剂(CCB)一异搏停和山莨菪碱进行处理,观察两药对其病变的影响。结果异搏停组及山莨菪碱组大鼠尿蛋白均明显低于PHN模型组,病理组织损伤亦有一定程度的改善。提示:上述两药对大鼠PHN病变有治疗作用。
The animal model of passive Heymnin nephritis (PHN) was made by using the antiserum of rat Tubular epithelium antigen (Tub-Ag) and treated with verapamil and anisodamine by calcium channel blockers (CCB) Observe the two drugs on the impact of its disease. Results The rats in verapamil group and anisodamine group had significantly lower urinary protein than those in PHN model group, and the pathological tissue injury also improved to a certain degree. Tip: The two drugs on the treatment of PHN lesions in rats.
