本文从科技咨询的性质入手,论述了咨询服务在我国“四化”建设中所起的重要作用,以及学会在组织开展咨询服务中的优势。文章介绍了中国农业工程学会科技咨询服务工作的发展概况,并列举了几年来组织完成的若干咨询项目,以及所取得的社会和经济效益。同时介绍了中国农业工程学会科技咨询服务部目前能够承接的咨询项目和业务范围及今后的发展方向。
This article begins with the nature of science and technology consulting, discusses the important role that counseling services play in the construction of the “four modernizations” in our country and the advantage of learning to organize and carry out consulting services. This article introduces the development of the technical advisory services of CAE and summarizes several consulting projects that have been completed in recent years and the social and economic benefits achieved. At the same time introduced the Chinese Agricultural Engineering Institute of Science and Technology Advisory Services currently able to undertake consulting projects and business scope and the future direction of development.
