Whenever a rainstorm comes, floods will always overwhelm the urban drainage system. Road water and low-lying land are flooded. Water in residential areas sometimes occurs, causing great inconvenience to the residents. At the same time, due to the unreasonable use, pollution and environmental impact, the water table has been declining year by year, and modern cities are suffering from “thirst”. At present, among 660 cities in China, there are more than 400 water-short cities, of which 110 are cities with severe water shortages. Since the beginning of this year, China’s Sichuan, Chongqing and other places have suffered unprecedented severe drought in 50 years, causing millions of people to drink water and economic losses of over 10 billion yuan. Water scarcity has become a major constraint on the economic development, improvement of people’s living conditions and environment in our country.
