制造物联技术,是先进制造技术、信息技术和智能技术的集成和深度融合,体现了制造技术从机械化、自动化、数字化走向智能化的发展趋势。制造业信息化使制造的概念从产品的加工、装配活动与过程延伸到产品生命周期的全部活动与过程,活动的范围从生产现场延伸到整个企业供应链和企业间的制造资源的协同。为了实现对异地运行自动化设备的集中管理和监控,结合最新的制造物联网技术我们研发了基于制造物联技术的远程智能服务平台,把传统的监控系统远程化、网络化,建立交互式智能故障诊断体系架构,将良好的人机交互性及故障职能诊断合二为一,建立了使用单位、生产单位、专家三者之间良好的交流沟通平台,同时智能诊断、智能决策技术的应用,提高制造效率和产品质量,从而推动企业产品向精益化、智能化和服务化方向发展。
