目的:建立独活寄生合剂中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:用HPLC-ELSD法,AlltimaC18色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-水(16:84),柱温:30℃;流速:1.0ml·min-1漂移管温度:109℃,气流量:3L·min-1。结果:研究表明,点样量在2.64-10.56μg时线性良好。平均回收率为97.97%,RSD=2.0%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、快速,重现性好,可作为本产品的质量控制方法。 Objective: To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin in Duhuoshengji mixture. Method: HPLC-ELSD method, Alltima C18 column, mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (16:84), column temperature: 30°C, flow rate: 1.0ml·min-1 drift tube temperature: 109°C, gas flow rate: 3L· Min-1. Results: The study showed that the linearity was good when the sample amount was between 2.64 and 10.56 μg. The average recovery was 97.97% with RSD = 2.0% (n = 5). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, and reproducible. It can be used as a quality control method for this product.
