目的　探讨儿童滑膜血管瘤的诊断和治疗。方法　分析 7例患儿的临床资料 ,复习有关文献。结果　该病的主要临床特征是疼痛和局限性压痛 ,MRI对本病的诊断定位有帮助。结论　滑膜血管瘤是发生在关节和腱鞘滑膜组织的一种少见的良性肿瘤 ,可以根据其临床特征和MRI检查作出诊断 ,切除是其治疗方法。 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of synovial hemangiomas in children. Methods The clinical data of 7 cases were analyzed and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results The main clinical features of the disease were tenderness and localized tenderness. MRI was helpful for the diagnosis and localization of this disease. Conclusions Synovial hemangioma is a rare benign tumor occurring in the synovial tissue of the joint and tendon sheath. It can be diagnosed according to its clinical features and MRI examination. Resection is the treatment method.
