目的综合比较1.5T磁共振不同成像技术对膝骨关节炎骨髓病变SNR(信噪比)和CNR(噪声比),为诊断膝骨关节炎骨髓病变患者提供数据参考。方法选取新乡医学院第三附属医院2014-10—2016-10间收治的52例膝骨关节炎骨髓病变患者,分析膝骨关节炎骨髓病变患者的质子密度加权像、1.5T磁共振常规T1加权像、三维容积内插快速扰相序列和常规T2加权脂肪抑制像的序列情况。结果 (1)质子密度加权像、1.5T磁共振常规T1加权像、三维容积内插快速扰相序列和常规T2加权脂肪抑制像等四种不同扫描方式的SNR和CNR数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)质子密度加权像、1.5T磁共振常规T1加权像、三维容积内插快速扰相序列和常规T2加权脂肪抑制像四种不同序列在扫描膝骨关节炎骨髓病变患者时,最高SNR是常规T2加权脂肪抑制像,最低SNR是三维容积内插快速扰相序列;四种不同序列在扫描膝骨关节炎骨髓病变患者时,最高CNR是1.5T磁共振常规T1加权像,最低CNR是三维容积内插快速扰相序列,各组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1.5T磁共振不同成像技术中的T2加权脂肪抑制像和常规T1加权像,对膝骨关节炎骨髓病变SNR和CNR显示为最优秀序列。
Objective To compare SNR (signal to noise ratio) and CNR (noise ratio) of knee osteoarthritis with bone marrow diseases by 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging technique and to provide a reference for the diagnosis of patients with osteoarthritis myelopathy. Methods Fifty-two patients with knee osteoarthritis myelopathy were enrolled in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from October 2014 to October 2016. The proton density weighted images of patients with knee osteoarthritis myelopathy were analyzed. The 1.5T magnetic resonance conventional T1 weighted Like, 3D volumetric interpolation of fast spoiler sequences and conventional T2-weighted fat-suppressed sequences. Results (1) The SNR and CNR data of four different scanning modes: proton density weighted image, 1.5T MR conventional T1 weighted image, 3D volumetric interpolated fast perturbation sequence and conventional T2 weighted fat suppressed image, the differences were statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). (2) The highest SNR when scanning for patients with osteoarthritis of the knee osteoarthritis was proton density weighted images, 1.5T MR conventional T1 weighted images, 3D volumetric interpolated fast perturbation sequences and conventional T2 weighted fat suppression images. Conventional T2 weighted fat suppression images, the lowest SNR is a three-dimensional volume interpolation fast perturbation sequence; four different sequences in the scan of patients with knee osteoarthritis myelopathy, the highest CNR 1.5T MR conventional T1 weighted image, the lowest CNR is three-dimensional Volume interpolation rapid perturbation sequence, the data of each group was statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions T2 weighted fat deprivation imaging and conventional T1 weighted imaging in 1.5T MR imaging showed the best SNR and CNR of myeloarthropathy in knee osteoarthritis.
