本实验采用随机对照的前瞻性研究,用高脂饲料诱导大鼠动脉粥样硬化(AS)形成,同时检测不同水平的锌、铁与高血脂和动脉粥样硬化关系,系统深入地探讨了微量元素锌铁的抗AS作用及其机理。结果表明:锌、铁的适宜比例可有效提高机体的抗氧化能力。这为进一步研究微量元素锌铁与AS的关系,探讨锌铁防治AS的机理,使之应用于临床提供了有价值的理论基础。
In this study, a prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted to study the formation of atherosclerosis (AS) in rats with high-fat diet and the relationship between zinc, iron and hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis at different levels. The results showed that the proper proportion of zinc and iron can effectively improve the body’s antioxidant capacity.
