从我国国情和社会实际需要出发,指出当前我国网络化建设中存在的问题,提出了发展我国信息网络化建设所应采取的五项具体措施。
Starting from the actual conditions of our country and the society, we point out the existing problems in the network construction of our country and put forward five concrete measures that should be taken to develop the network construction of our country.
